This class is built around the official HYROX race format: a mix of running intervals and functional workouts like sled pushes, sled pull, rowing, Skierg, burpees, farmer carry, wall balls, and lunges. You’ll train in structured circuits that challenge your aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, and mental grit — all while improving your performance for race day or just pushing your limits.Expect high intensity, strategic pacing, and a strong community vibe. Suitable for both first-timers and competitive athletes — we scale the work, but not the standards.

LOWER BODY STRENGTH
A fun, focused session designed to sculpt and strengthen your core and glutes. Expect functional compound movements using bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight and functional exercises targeting your abs, obliques, and glutes. Whether you're building strength, boosting stability, or just looking for a solid burn, this class delivers results. All levels welcome — come ready to sweat!

This is your all-in-one strength and conditioning session. Full Body Burn hits every major muscle group with a mix of resistance training, functional movements, and metabolic conditioning. Expect circuits, supersets, and sweat — all designed to build strength, burn fat, and boost your endurance.

FULL BODY STRENGTH (WOMEN ONLY)
A strength-focused class designed to help women build muscle, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how to lift effectively. We focus on foundational movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls — all with proper technique and progressive overload. Expect a supportive, empowering environment where you can get strong at your own pace, whether you're brand new to lifting or ready to level up.
