What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness racing competition that combines functional strength training, and endurance into one standardized race format. It’s designed to be both inclusive and competitive, appealing to everyone from fitness beginners to elite athletes.

What Is HYROX Training?

HYROX training prepares athletes for the HYROX race format, which includes:

  • 1 km run followed by

  • 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times

The 8 Workout Stations Are:

  1. 1000m SkiErg

  2. 50m Sled Push

  3. 50m Sled Pull

  4. 80m Burpee Broad Jumps

  5. 1000m Row

  6. 200m Kettlebell Farmers Carry

  7. 100m Sandbag Lunges

  8. 75 or 100 Wall Balls (depending on division)

This structure creates a predictable, standardized competition—same format, same order, everywhere in the world.
