Jonathan Zisidis

A native of East York, Jonathan is a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (PES) that has a true passion for sports including soccer, basketball, hockey & baseball. His athletic pursuits were cut short by consecutive knee surgeries, which motivated him to learn about injury prevention. This eventually led to his career in personal training, working with athletes to ensure they get the best guidance possible to not only get to the top, but stay there.

His athletic background enables him to understand and train athletes effectively, while simultaneously building strong foundations within them that minimize their risk of injury. His certifications are; Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) & Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

Jessica Clarke

Jessica's passion for training others came about after first learning and enjoying how to train herself. Her decision to become a trainer was sparked by a desire to inspire others through her own fitness journey, and in a little over a year she has amassed an impressively large client base.

Jessica's consistency and positive attitude are two of her biggest assets, and a main reason why many of the people she trains have seen drastic physical improvements, as well as a boost to their mental health. She is certified as a Personal Training Specialist (PTS).
