This is your all in one strength and conditioning session. We hit every major muscle group with a mix of resistance training, functional movements, and metabolic conditioning, designed to build strength and burn fat.

HYROX CLASS TRAINING
TUESDAY | 7PM • SATURDAY | 9AM • SUNDAY | 12PM
This class is built around the official HYROX race format. You’ll train in structured circuits that challenge your aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, and mental grit. while improving your performance for race day.
Suitable for first timers and athletes.
